Use the same unit everywhere. The default is inches. A and B are the two tub spans from your sketch. C is the front-to-back board depth.

Build note: Seal every face and edge with a water-resistant finish. Verify dimensions with a cardboard mockup before cutting final material; tubs are often asymmetric and walls are rarely square.
